What makes you so certain that the ONLY natural sensation is the urge to reproduce? Isn't it entirely conceivable that, for some people, it's a natural desire to reproduce heterosexually, whereas, for other people, it's a natural desire to mate with someone of the same sex without any proclivity to reproduce?
