What people so often forget is that Millennials and Zoomers (and don't forget the Alphas -- aka "Generation Alpha," whose oldest members will be reaching adulthood in another 6-7 years) make great natural allies, because we have the shared experience of anti-youth ageism.

But we allow Boomers and Xers to pit our three (youngest) generations against one another.
