What you are describing is SYSTEMIC racism.

The problem is the delegation of "opinion-setters" who have unilaterally decided that racism can *only* be systemic. They minimize interpersonal and group-based forms of racism as merely "prejudice."

They are veering us, collectively, down a veeeeerrrrry dangerous road.
