Black, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Latino people have the added burden of facing "systemic racism," as you've already discussed in this article.

So, yes, White people can be the recipients/victims of racism...but POC/BIPOC folks are going to face racism with even more layers to it -- the systemic ON TOP OF the social and cultural.
