What's your viewpoint on using the joint pronoun of "he or she" (or "she or he") rather than "they"? I realize that agender people might feel excluded, but when one is trying to make singular-style references to actions that are specifically for individuals, "she or he" would sometimes flow so much smoother than "they" in those scenarios (although I'm still a huge proponent of using "they" when referring to "people" in the general sense). "He or she" is fairly inclusive of transgender people as well as nonbinary and genderfluid people who alternately/simultaneously identify with feminine and masculine identities.
