While I agree with your main point that members of Generation Z are becoming valuable and integral leaders in changing the nature of our workforce -- along with transforming public policy discourse itself...
I'd like to point out that the term "GenZer" is low-key ageist against members of Gen Y (my generation), since it places members of Gen X and Gen Z on par with one another via implicit value-judgement, essentially skipping the generation (Millennials, which has become a highly-pejorative term) they sandwich through use of a phonetically-awkward/artificial term. There's a reason why we rarely ever hear the term "GenYer" pulled out of thin air.
The more appropriate descriptor for members of Gen Z would be "Zoomers" or "Centennials."
