Will Fast -- "GenZer" itself is even a low-key ageist term, because it implicitly disenfranchises Millennials by skipping over the "Gen Y" designation when applying adjectives such as "Xer" (phonetically-palatable) and "Zer" (phonetically-awkward) in tandem.
When talking about members of Gen Z in the same breath as "Boomers," "Xers," and "Millennials" -- the better descriptors are "Zoomers" and/or "Centennials."
I'm sincerely NOT trying to accuse you of being "ageist" -- just a symmetrical consideration, from one of "those" much-maligned "Millennials"...
