Wouldn't it be much more sensible -- as GenXers, Millennials, and Zoomers emerge into new power positions -- to look at these generational groups and base the allocation of power on the merit of good/bad ideas proposed by the individual (regardless of which year they happened to have been arbitrarily born into)?
I really resent the insinuation out there that power should transition to Generation X in the short term, and then "skip over" Generation Y, while being handed directly down to Generation Z. *YOU* might not be making that assertion, TaraElla, but many others most definitely are.
