That's the same kind of thought I have when I hear social activists say dismissively that parents don't want their children to learn CRT in school because of discomfort. I think most times there's a lot more to it than just discomfort; they're concerned about their children being vilified in the eyes of their peers and the school staff on the basis of their race.
