Yes, it truly DOES need to be a collaboration.

But the Pompeo-style virtue-signalers want to have it both ways.

On the one hand, they insist it's the job of White people to "fix racism." On the other hand, they say that White people need to follow the lead of BIPOC leaders without question or dissent.

So, what they're really saying is: "It's the job/responsibility of all White people to 'fix racism' by doing whatever a given Person of Color tells them to do in any given scenario."

Unless that person of color is Denzel Washington directing you on an episode of your hit show, apparently...
