You allude to this early-on in your article, but there appears to be a visible schism between older Boomers (who I call "Leapers") and younger Boomers (who I call "JonesGens") within the Baby Boomer cohort itself.
The other problem caused by the older generations is the generic usage of "millennial" (note the lowercase "m") to broadly disparage Millennials, Zoomers, and Alphas alike.
If they want us to recognize the unique attributes between GI-Gens, Traditionalists, Boomers, and Xers -- then they need to start showing the same respect to us "whippersnappers."
