You just contradicted yourself, here; in the previous sentence, you point out how Crenshaw acknowledges that different attributes will sometimes intersect. So your second sentence (that I highlighted, above) doesn't logically follow.

Two things can be true at the same time. People can face bigotry and discrimination based on specifically-isolated attributes beyond our control. When overlapping, multiple attributes possessed by an individual can affect their life in an adverse way that is both specific to that attribute as well as synergistic with additional attributes.
