You're never going to make 100% of the population happy with ANY legislative solution. I think most Americans -- across all demographics -- would be in agreement with funding programs and resources targeted at Black-majority communities where its focus is on closing the racial wealth gap. This can be done *without* issuing a $350,000 personal reparations check to every single Black individual.
