Zuma, I love the self-empowerment that you advocate...not just for the Black community, but also for ANY marginalized group. And I think any marginalized group can take that concept and tailor it to their own circumstances and obstacles.
The one question I'd ask is: what role does the push for systemic policy reforms play in your conceptual framework? I believe it's a necessity (regardless of which group is trying to defeat adversity), but I didn't want to make any assumptions one way or the other on your own perspective.
